Sollten Sie Fragen haben, stehen wir, Oder der fur Sie zustandige Vertreter fur RIESTER Produkte, Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfiigung. Wichtige Informationen 2. Zweckbestimmung Bei dem Gerat Spirotest handelt es sich um eine Entwicklung, die eine Messung der Lungenkapazitat ohne die Verwendung von Wasser ermog- licht. Messbereich von 1000 bis 7000 cm3. Das Gerat findet Verwendung bei Sportuntersuchungen, Gesundheitsfursorgen und bei Privatpersonen, die Ihre Lungenkapazitat kontrollieren wollen. 3. Komponenten (siehe Abbildung) 3.1. Spirometer 3.2. Skala 3.3. Duse 3.4. Mundstucke 3.5. Ring 4. Inbetriebnahme 4.1. Stecken Sie das Ende des Mundstuckes (3.4) auf die Dilse (3.3.). 4.2. Halten Sie den Spirometer in einer Hand und prufen Sie ob die Nadel auf „0“ steht. 4.3. Sollte die Nadel nicht auf „0“ stehen, berichtigen Sie dies, indem Sie den oberen auBeren Ring (3.5.) nach rechts Oder links drehen. 4.4. Holen Sie tief Luft und halten Sie den Korper aufrecht. Wenn Ihre Lungen mit Luft gefullt sind nehmen Sie das Mundstuck (3.4.) zwi- schen die Lippen. Atmen Sie dann ohne Unterbrechung innerhalb von 4 - 5 Sekunden aus. Dies ist sehr wichtig, um exakte Resultate zu erhalten. 4.5. Wenn Sie vollkommen ausgeatmet haben konnen Sie den genauen Wert auf der Skala (3.2.) ablesen. 4.6. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang 3-mal. Der hochste Wert der drei Messungen entspricht Ihrer Lungenkapazitat. Bedeutung des Symbols auf der Skala: Achtung Begleitpapiere beachten! 5 --- стр. 6 --- A chtung! • Halten Sie den Spirometer wahrend der Messung horizontal. Wenn der Apparat nicht ruhig gehalten wird kann sich die Nadel nicht gieichmaBig drehen. Die Folge sind unkorrekte MeBergebnisse. • Wahrend des Gebrauchs ist darauf zu achten, daB die kleinen Locher an der Seite des Gehauses nicht mit der Hand verdeckt werden. • Das Gerat Spirotest ist ein Prazisionsinstrument vergleichbar mit einer Uhr. Behandeln Sie es entsprechend vorsichtig. • Die genau Auswertung der Daten kann nur durch einen Arzt vorgenom- men werden. 5. Pflegehinweise R einigung bzw . D esinfektion Der Spirotest kann auBen mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden. Er kann ferner auBen mit tolgenden Desinfektionsmitteln desinfiziert werden: Aldehyde (Formaldehyd, Glutaraideyhd, Aldehydabspalter) Oder Tenside. Alle Instrumententeile, ausgenommen den Teilen aus Glas, konnen mit Aikoholen desinfiziert werden. Beachten Sie bei der Anwendung dieser Stoffe unbedingt die Vorschriften des Herstellers. A chtung! Bei regelm aliigem G ebrauch kondensieren W assertropfen und S peichel im Inneren d es G eh au ses. Die G enauigkeit kann dadurch b eeintrachtigt w erden. N ach jeder M essung sollten Sie den unteren Teil durch D rehung in R ichtung Uhr- zeigersinn enfernen und m it einem Tuch reinigen. Sterilisation Nach geltender Lehrmeinung (Prufzentrum fur Medizinprodukte Tubingen) ist Sterilisation nur bei operativen Eingriffen vorgeschrieben. 6. Sollte das Gerat aus irgendwelchen Grunden uberpruft werden mussen, schicken Sie es bitte an uns Oder an einen autorisierten RIESTER Fach- handler in Ihrer Nahe, den wir Ihnen auf Anfrage geme benennen. 6 --- стр. 7 --- G A R A N T I E Dieses Gerat wurde unter strengsten Qualitatsanforderungen pro- duziert und vor Veriassen unseres Werkes einer eingehenden End- kontrolle unterzogen. Wir freuen uns, daB wir deshalb in der Lage sind eine Garantie von 2 Jah ren ab K aufdatum auf alle Mangel am Gerat, die nachweisbar auf Material- Oder Fabrikationsfehler zuruckzufiihren sind, gewahren zu konnen. Ein Garantieanspruch entfallt bei: unsachgemaBer Behandlung, Nicht- beachten des Inhalts der Gebrauchsanweisung, Gebrauch von Ersatz- Oder Zubehorteilen anderer Hersteller, bei selbstandigen Anderungen Oder Reparturen und bei normaler Abnutzung. Please also note that correct and safe operation of products will only be guaranteed when RIESTER products and accessories are used through out. 1. Important Information - read prior to start-up 2. Purpose The ’’Spirotest” is a newly developed unit allowing lung capacity to be measured without the use of water, affording a number of advantages over conventional, commercially available spirometers and thus greatly simplify ing application. The unit is very handy and has a wide measuring range (1000 to 7000 cm3). It is designed for use in tests at sporting events and in the field of preventive medicine and can also be used for monitoring patients’ own lung capacity. 3. Components (see figure) 3.1. Spirometer 3.2. Dial 3.3. Nozzle 3.4. Mouthpiece 3.5. Ring 4. Start-up and operation 4.1. Connect end of the mouthpiece (3.4.) to nozzle (3.3.). 4.2. Hold spirometer in one hand and check that the needle is set to ”0”. 4.3. If the needle is not set to "0” correct by rotating the upper outer ring (3.5.) in clockwise or counterclockwise direction. 4.4. Breathe in deeply and sit up straight. When your lungs are full, insert mouthpiece (3.4.) between your lips. Then breathe out continously (within 4 - 5 seconds). This is very important to achieve precise results 4.5. When you have exhaled completely, read precise value (3.2). 4.6. Repeat this procedure 3 times. The maximum value of 3 measure ments corresponds to your lung capacity. Significance of symbol on scales: Caution, observe provided information 9 --- стр. 9 --- P recautions! • During the test, hold ’’Spirotest” in horizontal position. (If the unit is not held steady, the needle cannot rotate uniformly and measured results will not be correct). • When using the unit, the small holes at the side of the upper section must not be covered with your hand. • The "Spirotest” is a precision instrument similar to a clock, and must be handled with care. • Only your doctor is in a position to analyse the values exactly. 5. Cleaning C leaning and/or disinfecting The external surfaces of the spirometer can be cleaned with a moist cloth and can be disinfected with the following disinfecting agents: aldehyde, (for maldehyde, glutaraldehyde, aldehyde separators) or tensides. All instrument components with the exception of glass components, may be disinfected with alcohol. When using any of these substances, the instructions supplied by the manufacturer must be observed. Caution! If th e unit is used regularly, w ater droplets and saliva will c o n d en se on th e inside of th e housing, im pairing precision. A fter every 10 m e asu rem en ts rem ove th e low er sectio n and clean it w ith a cloth. D isinfection According to the ruling teaching (Tubingen Medical Products Test Centre), sterilisation is only specified for surgery. 6. Maintenance These instruments and their accessories do not require any specific maintenance. Should an instrument have to be examined for any specific reason what soever, please return it to the Company or an authorised RIESTER dealer in your area. Before leaving the factory, it underwent extensive final testing. We are thus in the fortunate position to be able to offer you a gua rantee extending for 2 years starting on the date of purchase This guarantee covers any defects of the device which are demon strably due to material or manufacturing faults. Your warranty will become null and void under the following circumstances: incorrect handling, non-compliance with Operating Instructions, use of other manufacturers’ spares and accessories, unauthorised amendments or repairs and normal wear and tear. It also excludes defects on the mouthpieces! All defective parts of the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the guarantee period. Claims made under the guarantee shall be valid only if the instru ment is accompanied by this Guarantee Card, completely filled in and stamped by the dealer. Please note that guarantee claims must be submitted within the guarantee period. We will, of course, gladly perform testing or repair work after the guarantee period as well. Utilisation Le "Spirotest” est un nouvel appareil qui permet de mesurer la capacity pulmonaire sans utiliser d’eau. Cet appareil presente bon nombre d’avantages par rapport aux spirometres courants et son utilisation s’en trouve tres facilitee. L’appareil est tres maniable et sa gamme de mesure est etendue (1000 a 7000 cm3). Lappareil est utilise dans la medecine sportive, la medecine preventive et par les personnes qui veuient controler leur capacite pulmonaire. 3. Composants (voir Figure) 3.1. Spirometer 3.2. Echelle 3.3. Buse 3.4. Embout 3.5. Bague 4. Mise en service de I'appareil 4.1. Emboitez let bout (3.4.) du embout sur la buse (3.3.). 4.2. Tenez le spirometre d’une main et regardez si I'aiguille est sur „0". 4.3. Si n’est pas le cas, ramenez I’aiguille sur „0“ en tournant la bague exterieure (3.5.) du haut vers la droite ou vers las gauche. 4.4. Inspirez profondement en vous tenant bien droit. Prenez I’embout (3.4.) entre les levres des que vos poumons sont remplis d'air. Expirez sans interruption; I’expiration ne doit pas durer plus de 4 a 5 secondes, ce qui est tres important pour obtenir des resultats exacts. 4.5. Lisez la valeur indiquee des que vous avez expire completement (3.2). 4.6. Repetez trois fois cette meme operation. La valeur maximale obtenue au cours de ces 3 mesures correspond a votre capacite pulmonaire. Signification des symboles sur I'echelle graduee: Attention: respecter les documents joints 13 --- стр. 12 --- M esures de precaution ! • Maintenez le „Spirotesf a I’horizontale pendant la mesure. ( Si I’appareil n’est pas stable, I’aiguille ne peut pas tourner reguliere- ment et les resultats des mesures ne sont pas corrects). • Veillez a ne pas poser la main sur les petits trous que se trouvent de cote, sur la partie superieure de I’appareil. • „Spirotest” est un instrument de precision au meme titre qu'une montre et doit etre manie en consequence. • Seul votre medecin est en mesure d’analyser exactement vos valeurs. 5. Conseils d'entretien N ettoyage et disin fectio n Le Spirotest peut etre nettoye de I'exterieur avec un chiffon humide. II peut egalement etre desinfecte avec les produits de desinfection suivants: aldehydes, (formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, separateur aldehydique) ou deri ves tensio-actifs. Toutes les pieces d'instrument, a I'exception des parties en verre, peuvent etre desinfectees avec des alcools. A ttention! Pour dem o n ter le bas de I’appareil, il suffit de le tourner d an s le se n s d e s aiguilles d’une m ontre. Sterilisation D’apres la doctrine en vigueur (Centre de controle des produits medicaux de Tubingen), la sterilisation n’est prescrite qu’en cas d’interventions chirurgicales. 6. Aplicacion apropiada El ,,Spirotest“ es un instrumento que hace posible la medicion de la capa- cidad pulmonar sin servirse de agua. Este aparato se distingue de los espirometros d e uso corriente en el comercio por una serie de ventajas facilitando as! el uso. El instrumento es muy facil de manejar у tiene una дата de medicion amplia (1000 - 7000 cm3). El aparato se emplea en examenes de deportes, en la prevision de la higiene publica у para perso nas particulares que quieren controlar su capacidad pulmonar. 3. Componentes (ver ilustracion) 3.1. Spirometro 3.2. Escala 3.3. Tobera 3.4. Boquilla 3.5. Anillo 4. Puesta en servicio del aparato 4.1. Inserte el extremo de la boquilla (3.4.) en la tobera (3.3.). 4.2. Tenga el espirometro en una mano у compruebe si la aguja indica „0“. 4.3. Caso que la aguja no indique „0" tiene Vd. que ajustarla haciendo girar el anillo exterior (3.5.) a la derecha о a la izquierda. 4.4. Haga inhalaciones profundas у mantenga su cuerpo erguido. Cuando sus pulmones esten llenos de aire, toma Vd. la boquilla (3.4.) entre los labios. Despues tiene que espirar continuamente у precisamente durante 4 a 5 segundos. Esto tiene mucha importancia para los resul- tados exactos. 4.5. Una vez que haya espirado completamente, haga el favor de verificar el valor exacto (3.2.) 4.6. Repita Vd. tres veces este proceso. El valor maximo de las medicio- nes corresponde a su capacidad pulmonar. 17 --- стр. 15 --- M edidas de precaucion! • Durante la medicion hay que dejar el „Spirotesf en posicion horizontal. (Cuando el instrumento no este quieto, la aguja no podra girar propor- cionadamente у los resultados de la medicion no seran correctos). • Al usar el aparato hay que fijarse en que los pequehos agujeros latera ls del cuerpo superior no esten tapados con la mano. • El „Spirotest" es un instrumento de precision iguai que un reioj. ! Manejelo con cautela! • Unicamente un medico podra administrate las medidas terapeuticas necesarias tras analisis correcto de los valores obtenidos. 5. Limpieza Limpieza у desinfeccion La parte exterior del Spirotest se limpia con un pano humedo. Por anadido, podra tambien desinfectarlo con cualquiera de los desinfec- tantes siguientes: aldehidos (formaldehfdo, aldehido glutarico, desdoblador de aldehidos) о tensoactivos. Todos los componentes del instrumento, salvo las piezas de cristal, se prestan para la desinfeccion con alcohol. Por favor, atengase a las instrucciones del fabricante cuando utilice estos productos. Atencion! El em pieo regular produce gotas de agua condensada asi с о т о saliva en el interior de la caja que ejercen influencia sobre la exactitud. Con cada decim a m edicion deberia Vd. quitar la parte inferior (3} limpiandola con un trapo. (La parte inferior se quita facilm ente: hay que girarla con el sentido de las agujas del reioj). Esterilizacion El parecer doctrinal (Centro de revision de productos medicos de Tubin gen). prescribe la esterilizacion solamente para intervenciones quirurgicas. 6. Mantenimiento Los instrumentos у sus correspondientes accesorios no precisan de ningun mantenimiento especial. Nos agrada poderles ofrecer una garantia de 2 anos a partir de la fecha de adquisicion. Esta garantia cubre cualquier defecto en el instrumento atribuible a materiales defectuosos о a fabricacion deficiente. La garantia queda anulada en los siguientes casos: aplicacion inapropiada, inobservancia de las recomendaciones recogidas en el manual de instrucciones para el uso, empleo de piezas de recambio о acceso- rios de otros fabricantes, modificaciones о reparaciones realizadas por cuenta propia у desgaste normal. La garantia no cubre defectos en las boquillas. Durante el plazo de la garantia, se reparara о reemplazara gratuita- mente cualquier pieza del instrumento en estado defectuoso. Назначение "Спиротест" (spirotest) это современный прибор, позволяющий измерять объем легких без использования воды. Диапазон измерений от 1000 до 7000 см3. Прибор предназначен для использования в области спортивной и профилактической медицины, а также может применяться для мониторинга объема легких пациента в домашних условиях. 3. Компоненты (смотрите рисунок) 3.1. Спирометр 3.2. Круговая шкала 3.3. Трубка для мундштука 3.4. Мундштуки 3.5. Кольцо 4. Ввод прибора в эксплуатацию и работа с ним 4.1. Насадите конец мундштука (3.4.) на трубку (3.3.). 4.2. Возьмите спирометр в одну руку и проверьте, стоит ли стрелка на отметке "О". 4.3. Если стрелка не указывает на "0", подкорректируйте спирометр посредством вращения верхнего внешнего кольца (3.5.) по часовой стрелке или против часовой стрелки. 4.4. Глубоко вдохните и держите голову прямо. Когда Ваши легкие наполнятся, зажмите мундштук (3.4.) губами. Затем продолжительно выдыхайте (в течении 4 5 секунд без перерыва). Это очень важно для достижения правильных результатов. 4.5. Когда Вы полностью произвели выдох, стрелка на шкале (3.2.) покажет точную величину объема легких. 2 1 --- стр. 18 --- 4.6. Повторите процедуру 3 раза. Максимальная величина, полученная в ходе 3/х измерений, соответствует объему Ваших легких. Внимание! • Во время тестирования держите "Спиротест" в горизонтальном положении. Если прибор держится неустойчиво, стрелка не может вращаться равномерно, и результаты измерений будут неверными. • При использовании прибора маленькие отверстия, расположенные на боковой части корпуса, не должны закрываться руками. • "Спиротест” такой же точный прибор, как часы, поэтому он требует аккуратного обращения. • Только Ваш врач может проанализировать Ваши показатели правильно. 5. У х о д Чистка или дезинфекция Поверхность спирометра может быть очищена с помощью влажной тряпки. Кроме того дезинфекция может проводиться при помощи следующих дезинфицирующих средств: альдегиды (формальдегид, глютаралдегид, вещества, выделяющие альдегид) или поверхностно-активные вещества. Все компоненты устройства, за исключением стеклянных частей, могут быть продезинфицированы спиртом. При использовании вышеперечисленных веществ необходимо соблюдать прилагаемые к ним фабричные инструкции. Внимание! Если прибор используется регулярно, внутри корпуса будут скапливаться водяные капельки и слюна, что будет снижать его точность. После каждого измерения отсоединяйте нижнюю часть прибора, поворачивая ее по часовой стрелке, и очищайте ее тряпкой. Стерилизация Согласно существующим рекомендациям (Центр Тестирования Медицинских Продуктов, Тюбинген), стерилизация необходима только при проведении операций. 6. Вышеописанный прибор и принадлежности к нему не требуют какого либо специального технического обслуживания. Гарантия на прибор сроком 2 года от даты совершения покупки Эта гарантия покрывает любые виды неисправностей прибора, которые являются следствием производственного брака или де фекта материала, из которого он изготовлен. Ваша гарантия станет недействительной и лишенной юридической силы в результате следующих обстоятельств: неправильное обращение с прибором, несоблюдение инструкций по эксплуатации, использование запасных частей и принадлежностей к прибору других производителей, неправомочные исправления и ремонт, нормальный износ. Все неисправные части прибора будут починены- или заменены бесплатно в течение периода действия гарантии. Действие гарантии не распространяется на мундштуки!
